Any carrier. Surabase reads the PDF itself, so there are no carrier-specific integrations to wait on — State Farm, Chubb, Lemonade, Progressive, Travelers, Nationwide, and everything in between all work the same way. Admitted and non-admitted, personal and commercial lines.
Files are encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS). Row-level security in the database means nobody else — not even other Surabase users — can read your files. By default, policy documents are deleted after parsing; you can opt to keep the originals if you want to re-open them later. You can delete any policy or your entire account at any time.
No. Surabase does not use your documents to train any model. Your client data stays your client data.
